• In case you wish to return goods due to a change of mind, you bear the immediate cost of returning the products.
• You can return the products you have ordered within 14 days from the day of receipt with your receipt, your order form, the order confirmation email
• The shipping partner can return them for you for an additional fee. The charge for transporting your products depends on the zip code of your area and the weight of the goods.
• The products you want to return must be in perfect condition, with closed packaging. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products unless the product is faulty.
• If they are not returned within 14 days then Famous Pets may not accept any return or product replacement.
