Cancellation
Cancellations of orders before shipment are subject to the sole discretion of FamousPets.com.cy and can only be made after prior communication between the customer and the FamousPets.com.cy Customer Service Team.
In case of cancellation of an order or part of it was accepted and the specific products were paid by Credit / Debit Card or PayPal, then an amount equal to the one paid will be returned to the same Credit / Debit Card or PayPal account, according to the required procedures of the banking institution in which the specific account is maintained.
